Can you hear the William Tell Overture in the background?? What?? Have I become a Gym Rat?? Didn’t I loudly object on this blog about GRs at one point?? Me, a gym rat? I could have sworn that would never be me!
I’m the one that protested about how difficult it would be to be in this body suit in the gym. That life would be horrific if I had to see one more tight derriere in spandex looking down their finely chiseled nose at me, sneeringly, with indignation. Or the upitty Mucho Macho Mustached Maniac pumping enough iron to rebuild the Eiffel Tower.
The gym. Ugh. Really??
Biked 1.5 miles; pushed my big ole rumpus up the incline a bunch, pumped a whopping 10 lbs 20 times, 50 crunches on the ab-ominator, rowed and rowed and rowed and there were no boats in sight, and did some deal where you bring your arms in from a hyper-extended, super stretched position to in front of you like an ice cream sandwich about 200 times, it seemed. This is the new routine, but I guess nowadays they call it a circuit. Whatevs…
Been every dang day this week. Skipping tomorrow. Maybe my heart will be okay! Will watch the Rockettes not sweat once tomorrow night. Lucky me!
Be blessed all you fit people! 🙂
Listen to my buddy Matt Gilman again singing Every Captive Free on the record Hold On: Music Inspired by Nefarious, The Documentary (a documentary about setting human trafficking victims free)
